Well as I hope you can imagine most of my working day is spent with my head under a bonnet somewhere.  Alongside being safe around rotating parts, hot components and watching for flammable fuel spillages.....some aspects of tuning can be time sensitive too.  Hence, each time the phone rings I have to stop what I'm doing, make everything safe and then look towards answering the call.   So if you can, please use one of the many enquiry forms on this website to send through your enquiry.  Importantly, they allow me to respect the customer paid time of the current job being worked on.

Enquiry Forms Help gather all relevant detail

The enquiry forms allow me to gather most of the information that I need in order to get you booked in.  All the detail is there ready for me to reply to the enquiry rather than quick scribbled notes.........and my apologies for saying this.....it allows me to continue working on a vehicle in a methodical manner without being distracted or having to stop....start....stop...start all the time.

Working hours & Working Days of the Week

Please kindly respect what are 'normal' working hours (8am to 5pm) , and normal working days (Monday to Saturday) before picking up the phone. 

Unless prior arranged with a client, I tend to observe all UK Public Holiday, Bank Holidays and the Christmas and New Year as my own holidays too.
