Please do a quick check via Google Maps of the time and distance required for me to travel to your location. (remembering that I will also need to make a return/homeward journey after tuning your car!). 

I am happy to travel wherever required, however it needs to be part of an efficient and/or 'Viable Working Day. 

I get a lot of folks seemingly surprised when I explain that their location requires a 4hr round trip for just 2 hrs of work, thus leaving me with a lot of the working day being sacrificed for just the 2hrs of work. 

It is much better if there are additional jobs in your area which can also be attended on the same day to make a viable working day, and reducing costs for yourself also.  Otherwise you may need to consider a 'Priority Booking' because I can't simply sacrifice 3 or 4 hours of my working day without income.

- As I'm sure you can imagine, for a significant part of most days my head is under the bonnet of a car.  It's then not always easy to answer your phone call and its equally challenging to take note of all the info that you want to tell me.

Usually, I'll acknowledge your enquiry within a day or two and I'll then start to look for an opportunity to put you onto my calendar and travel schedule.

I will try my best to answer your enquiries within a reasonable time frame.  However as said above already I'm on the road most of the day, and as I am sure you can understand, like yourself I do value my personal time outside of working hours also.  Hence, the time I have available to send emails back and forth is very limited and needs to be used efficiently across many many customers each day, week, month & year.  Thank you.. 

Lets be time efficient with communications

Just like a garage would stop answering the phone when 'Mr Joe Bloggs' is calling for the 8th, 9th or 10th time for obvious reasons there are cases where I also need to nip this in the bud

So I kindly ask for us to be as efficient as possible, and don't be offended if some messages don't receive the info, recommendation or explanation which you're seeking.  It's just a matter of time management and nothing personal towards you.......Thank you!
