Jaguar SS100 Suffolk - Tuning by AG Classic Car Tuning

The above is a Jaguar Suffolk SS100.  For those who know these cars they will recognise that the engine fitted was originally one of the early versions of the famous XK6 cylinder jaguar engine.  This example utilised the 4.2 litre straight 6 with twin HS8 SU Carbs.

As per any other vehicle its a matter of getting the ignition spark quality, timing and fuelling all into the correct area/spec at which this engine will run at it's best.  This vehicle was no different at all, and once the ignition timing and fuelling had been rectified it was well on it's way to being the reliable fun classic which it's owner hoped it to be.
